Capture savings from your entire property by ugrading to energy efficient equipment in more than one category. With an extra 15 percent bonus incentive and the savings you will receive month after month, your project will pay for itself. Categories include In-Unit Lighting, Common Area Lighting, Tune-Ups/Maintenance, In-Unit HVAC/Domestic Hot Water, Common Area HVAC/Domestic Hot Water, Building Envelope, and Custom.
Remember:
- All measures must be included on a single incentive application.
- The value of any one incentive category must be no greater than 75 percent of all the incentives approved on the application.
- Multiple Measure Bonus projects must submit a pre-approval application.
- The total incentive amount, including the Multiple Measure Bonus, cannot exceed the total project cost.
- The Multiple Measure Bonus does not deduct from the $50,000 incentive limit per fuel type. Thus, the total available incentives per property per year = $50,000 + $50,000 + $2,500 = $102,500.
